Is the first chat free?
Yes. Talking through your business and what you want from it costs nothing, and you’re under no obligation afterwards.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
Not at all. Most people get in touch because they know they should be showing up on Google and aren’t sure why they’re not. Working that out is my job.
What should I include in my message?
Your business name, your website if you have one, what you do and the area you serve. If you’ve had SEO work done before, mention that too. It helps me give you useful answers sooner.
Can we meet in person?
I don’t have an office, so most meetings happen on a video call or over the phone. If you’re in Durban or surrounds and would rather meet face to face, I’m happy to come to you.
