The reserve is about four kilometres from the village centre and draws walkers and visitors from across Durban.
The village has Kloof Village Mall, Fields Hill Shopping Centre and Delcairn Lifestyle Centre, along with plenty of doctors, dentists and physiotherapists. Around them are the businesses that look after the area’s large homes and gardens, from builders and painters to pool and garden services.
